What was important in making the product was to "make the best use of the goodness of citrus fruits." As a group of citrus fruit producers, this is our concept that we will continue to maintain.

The citrus fruit, which is the main ingredient, is carefully grown at Muchachaen. Citrus fruits are characterized by the fragrance that pops from the moment the skin is peeled. yaetoco makes the most of the citrus scent by using essential oils and distilled water extracted from the citrus peel of Muchachaen.

The essential oil, which is one of the raw materials, is extracted by the "steam distillation method". No petroleum-derived ingredients, synthetic fragrances, or synthetic colors are used in the manufacturing process.

Citrus fruits can only be harvested once a year, but not all of them can be shipped as fruits and vegetables. Machachen's standards for appearance are more permissive than those of ordinary fruits, but fruits that are too large or too small, or that have rough skins that affect their taste are sent for processing.

The main purpose of processing is juice extraction. All of the juice is used, but the peel is not yet fully utilized. Although some of it is used for marmalade, most of it is currently discarded.

We would like to make more effective use of the pericarp produced after squeezing. Efforts to extract essential oils is one of them. Without leaving anything that came in the field. It is against this background that yaetoco is created.
