Fold a piece of tissue paper at hand in half and add 1-2 drops of Japanese essential oil to it.

take an aromatic bath in the room
If you have a diffuser, you can diffuse it into the space of the room.

In addition, it is better to avoid pets, children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and elderly people as much as possible.

Make and spray an aroma spray

This time, since it is a countermeasure against mold, I will introduce how to make a spray that uses a higher concentration of alcohol and essential oils than a normal room spray.
Ingredients: 70ml absolute ethanol, 30ml purified water (mineral water if not), essential oil of your choice (total 10 drops), 100ml spray bottle (alcohol compatible)
Please spray it on the place where you are worried about mold and bacteria.
The alcohol content is higher than usual, so the scent is easier to fly,
